Jeff Babicz and Jeff Carano have a long and accomplished business relationship between them, and over the years have excelled at various niche market enterprises. Since leaving Steinberger Guitars in 1990, the two have maintained a close watch on the guitar industry. Their mutual passion for music and its performance has kept their interest over the last decade. The designs and technology which are developed by Babicz Guitars are the product of innovative thinking and creative solutions. The commitment to performance and quality evident in the Steinberger products on the 1980's is instilled in their methodology today.

Jeff Babicz serves as Chief Product Development Manager for Babicz Guitars, and is responsible for the design and production of the company's ground breaking musical instruments and accessories.

Jeff was the former Lead Technician, Quality Control and Plant Manager of the innovative and award winning Steinberger guitar company. In addition, Jeff is a highly accomplished luthier who has produced many high-end acoustic and electric guitars, basses, and banjos. Jeff is also the author of several patents related to the guitar industry, and is regarded as being at the forefront of introducing technological innovations to the stringed instrument market.

Jeff Carano serves as Chief Operating Officer for Babicz Guitars, responsible for the sales and marketing development of the firm's product lines, as well as for the business operations of the corporation. Jeff was the former General Manager and Domestic and International Sales Manager at Steinberger, as well as the Business Development Manager for EPR Electronics and President of Hudson Valley Sound & Video, Inc.
